We had a wonderful stay at Lover's Retreat - The Dairy. It is such a retreat and excellent that you can't even see another cabin in sight! We were impressed with the level of furnishings and comforts that you had added to make the stay nice. Everything was top quality and even the herbs and biscuits made it extra special. The accommodation was great, All raved over brekky!, and the tin loaf bread. What a lovely spot, and great to see some old style country trust ie. Key in the door. Our extra bod slept in the cow bail- with as you can imagine the usual comments! Both days riding were great thank you, and we chatted with some of the locals over tea - in town Sat night. | We enjoyed our stay although it was very short we arrived late and left early in the morning but it was beautiful we loved seeing the roos in the morning. We would have liked to have stayed a bit longer but unfortunately we had another commitment and had to leave early in the morning. It would be a great place for a weekend hideaway it had great atmosphere and was full of character. I would certainly recommend it to my friends. Elizabeth - Sydney |
| I just wanted to email and thank you for your help and service in booking our stay at Blueys Retreat. It was in a beautiful setting, very quiet, and the cottage is lovely. Although we didn't see any kangaroos we did get our fair share of wildlife two bats and a frog in the bathroom on the first night. All signs of being the country I suppose! | I thought the dairy was spectacular to say the least, the accommodation and in house utensils and utilities were pleasantly more than what we expected. I would recommend the dairy to anyone wishing a wee romantic getaway, and for the price it SCREAMED value. You are blessed to live in such a beautiful neck of the woods. | My friend and I desperately needed to get out of Sydney and find some relaxation. Blueys Retreat offered us just that and so much more. If you like the nice things in life, the little luxuries and want to spoil yourself, I cannot recommend a better treat. | This is a delightful little spot - nice and cosy and relaxed. The verandah is great to sit and read, or have a glass of wine. The bed and pillows are like floating in clouds. The bacon, eggs & fruit - yum, yum!. We felt very spoilt. We'd love to come and stay for longer next time. Thanks for the break and the true sounds of nature! Matthew & Kristen. |
| I've had a wonderful break - THANK YOU! Â The Dairy is just perfect with its serenity, splendid views, shady verandah, BBQ, and comfortable furnishings. The food supplied was also of high quality and generous supply. I also found Jenny to be helpful and friendly when assistance was needed. There is plenty to do in the area and beaching, bush walking at Myall Lakes National Park and Pacific Palms regions. The area is spoilt with it many national parks and lake system. I could easily spend a week here, the next time I require rest and solitude. Andrea - Sydney. |

| Waking up in the morning to the bellow of cows echoing in the valley rather than the roar of traffic. The peace at sunset as the cattle came down to greet us at the fence. We'll be back! |
