SECURITY DEPOSIT...A holding security deposit of $200 will be held on your credit card, this is to cover any subsequent costs or damage related to your stay, if you do not have a credit card a cheque or direct credit can be made to us. This holding deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your stay and you will be notified via email or telephone.

TERMS OF PAYMENT....All prices quoted are in Australian dollars. Bookings must be confirmed by a deposit of 50% of the total rate. Bookings are not held without a deposit. Balance of rate is payable 1 week prior to arrival. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received. Once payment has been received a confirmation will be sent via email.

 
CANCELLATIONS...A $50 booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, but may be transferred to a future booking. If cancellation is less than 14 days from date of booking no refund will be available.
 

PAYMENT FACILITIES...Credit card facilities, Direct Deposit into our Financial Institution, Personal Cheque, Money Order, Cash.
